The Best thing happened

When I was thinking about starting a Diabetes Challenge, I was not very much sure about how will the participants receive this challenge. But to my suprise people were really very excited and many of them could do the tasks allotted to them and take out some time for themselves, Some of them reported weightloss with in 4 weeks after taking the challenge. Some of them mentioned their fasting and post prandial blood sugar levels are coming down consistently.  So this gives me the inspiration to carry out this challenge for a life time.

This program has changed my life style. I have given up alcohol. I used to drink 90 ml scotch every evening sharp 7. 30. pm with out fail. I stopped completely. A few tasks have helped me immensely. Namely, grounding. My burning feet problem has been reduced to almost nil. Then nitric oxide breakfast. It helps immensely.two times a week. Six almonds soaked in water. It helps my fatigue.liver cleansing, pancreas cleansing, kidney cleansing and parasite cleansing. All have helped. Results are showing. My ppbs is around 150. Chakra meditation is helping to keep calm and composed.excercise and evening walking.bgr34 did me no good. Forgetting the past has helped. I could separate the cause and effect. Taking coconut oil with hot water and lime juice has helped. Aroma diffuser of not much help. CCF tea is good. Epson salt bath has helped my feet. I am doing intermittent fasting. Acupressure of not much help. Colour water therapy. Yet to do. Overall, thank you, Gowardhan. I am a changed man. I am not worried about the results. My sugars will come down and stabilize.
